Mailing Module
Mailing allows for information to be sent out via email to a mailing list.Add a List
To add a new list, enter the Name and choose the Source from the dropdown menu and click Add.
Tip:
For manual lists, choose “Manually Entered List” all other lists are auto generated from other modules attached to PULSE.Edit List
Click the green edit button on the right-hand side to edit the list.
Name
Internal name for the list.Source
Where the list is sourced from.Notes
Admin notes about the list.Enabled
Checkbox to enable or disable the list.Removed
Checkbox to remove the list from the main listing page.List Contacts
shows a list of contacts names and emails associated with the list and weather they are subscribed or enabled.Add a contact
Option to add contacts manually to the list. Possible for auto-generated lists as well.Add a Message
To add a new message, enter the Name and choose the Type from the dropdown menu and click Add.
Tip:
Messages can be templates that can be modified later for future sending or one off messages.Edit Message
Click the green edit button on the right-hand side to edit the message.
